- A care sheet will come with each purchase. We will be happy to answer any questions you have via e-mail concerning the aftercare of your animal.
- A 20% non refundable deposit will secure your animal for collection at Hamm/Houten and some shows here in England. We can deliver at cost and take great care in our packaging methods so that we can guarantee live arrival.
- Please be sure to fully research the care of the animal you are intending to purchase and have its enclosure finished and up and running before placing your order. We are happy to answer any emails regarding the care of the animals we keep.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must inform us by e-mail within 24 hours so that we can refund or replace your purchase.
